We know we have a lot of information on our individual pages so
will try to make these questions and answers as concise as possible
so as to not bore you to death, but we make no promises.
Q:  How Long Have We Been in Business?
A:  Since 1998.  We did good on that one.
Q:  What is your Privacy Policy?
A:  We use your information only to process your order.  We never sell or share your private
information.  NEVER HAVE. NEVER WILL.  Short, sweet, and to the point.
Q:  What is your Return Policy?
A:  100% Satisfaction.  If we make a mistake on your engraved rock, we will correct it and
make it right. If you make a mistake in the ordering process, we will work with you to come
to a resolution that works for both of us.  Be sure to double check your information when
ordering. Type what you want exactly as you want it.  Including capitalization and
punctuation.  If we have questions, we will call you as there is no room for error when it
comes to engraving rocks. Although it has never happened, if we can't make you
happy, we will simply return your money and wish you well.  Enough said.

Q:  Are your engraved rocks real?
A:  All of our garden stones are made by nature not man.  They are as real as real goes.
No pre-fabricated rocks are allowed at our business.  They give real rocks a bad name.  
Q:  What are the sizes of the engraved letters?
A:  Each of our layouts are done individually for each engraved stone to make sure your rock
comes out as the one of a kind design it deserves.  So therefore, they are all different.  We
utilize the full extent of the space we have on stone.  We go for the overall look of your rock
not a cookie cutter rock.  If a site lists the exact sizes, they are simply popping your
information in a preset size they already have designed and using it for all of their stones.  This
is simply not
our style.  Details, details, details and individual attention is what you get with us.
Q:  Why are there no pictures of art choices?
A:  One word...CUSTOM.  Again, this is the cookie cutter approach to doing carved rocks.  
We do not want to do the same art design over and over again nor do we want all of our
rocks to look the same and we are sure you don't either.  That is part of our charm.  Our site
does not look like the others and our garden stones don't either. When you order a rock and
say you order a shamrock on it.  We have 35 different shamrocks. So after we are done with
the wording set up, we take a look at the art and pick the one that looks the best.  It does
make a difference.  We do have some favorites we use, but we are always adding new art and
trying new art.
 We are not simply just about production.  We are about the creative side too.
Sometimes, we actually have to flip a coin to see who gets to do it.  Didn't do so well in the
concise part there did we.  This just gets us going.
Q:  Can I get a proof before you engrave my stone?
A:  Of course you can.  Here is how it works.  Your order is placed.  It goes in the line
with all of the other orders.  When it is your rock's turn, we will then work on the
layout and email you a copy.  A week to 10 days can go by before this happens.  It
does not mean we have forgot about you.  We are methodical here.  There is a process.
 So if you request a proof, you will get one.  Also, here is where your order processing
will stop until you have emailed us back with approval or changes.  I would like to say
we have time to email you back and say that we have not received your proof and
cannot proceed with out it, but honestly we do not.  If you don't send it back, we will
eventually catch it but we are very busy here and well you get it........ We will tell you
most customers do not request proofs. We don't know why.  I imagine they want to
place the order and have us do our job....  Which is to make your rock look fabulous.  
That we can and will do.  It just requires a bit of trust on your part.
